This new development in the downtown core of Rifle will be comprised of condominium residences, loft-style apartments and office/commercial spaces intended for local businesses to help revitalize the neighborhood. The twenty small, street level commercial and retail spaces will be pedestrian accessible and accented by communal outdoor restaurant seating and extensive trees and flower boxes. Ten second-story office spaces will be located just above the street level shops. In addition, ten Lofts and 32 residential spaces will provide the opportunity for the combination of a live/work environment. This soon to be LEEDS certified development is designed to blend modern style with Colorado history both in its use, and in its architecture.
